If you are not satisfied with the response from the customer service team, you have the option to file a complaint with the Financial Complaints Board. You can fill out a complaint form at www.fanke.dk or call the secretariat directly at +45 35 43 63 33.

If you are a business customer (B2B) and dissatisfied with Penning's handling of a case/complaint, the case will typically not be handled by the Financial Complaints Board according to its statutes.
